Ingredients:

- Daily serve of your favorite OPTY.NC powder elixir

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk or milk-alternative
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, or dairy-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Method:
